RMD Properties is a member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA), the only body in England and Wales which focuses exclusively on matters relating to the block management of residential property. As a member of the organisation, the Company agrees to abide by the ARMA Code of Practice and that of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Residential Management Code relating to service charges which has been approved by the Secretary of State for England and Wales under the terms of Section 87 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing, and Urban Development Act 1993. 

We are delighted to say that we have been awarded with the ARMA-Q accreditation and were one of the first property management companies in the country to have achieved this. ARMA-Q is only awarded to companies that meet the best industry standards and levels of customer care. It offers the greatest quality assurance to our current and potential clients as there are over 160 ARMA-Q Standards that are designed to promote honesty, fairness, openness and timeliness in all areas of leasehold management.
